who we are
SUPERGIRLS DO DESIGN is a multidisciplinary design studio established by Marta Szostek and Agata Kiedrowicz in 2016. We combine matter and senses into multi-sensory designs of objects and space installations. Our designs use quality, durable and natural materials, often upcycled. We engage in collaborations that give us possibility to create new and fresh ideas.
our approach
Our starting point is empathy, which means that every design begins with answering the question about what will people feel like in spaces designed by us, or interacting with items we design. How will our design affect the users’ senses and emotions. We create experiences based on shape, texture, colour, and touch. Our designs are unconventional and inspiring, demonstrating a different and refreshing perspective, usually strongly contextual.
